An Update on Our Rates and Exciting New Package Options

Here at Bay Paws Pet Resort, our top priority will always be providing the highest level of safety, comfort, and care for your pets. We wouldn’t be where we are without our wonderful community, and we are so grateful for the trust you place in us to care for your fur babies every single day.

To maintain the high standards of care you expect and deserve, we will be adjusting rates on select services starting September 13, 2026. Please see the attached PDFs below to view the specific pricing changes for the resort location nearest you.

Investing in Our Team and Facilities

As a small business, we work hard to manage costs and keep price adjustments to a minimum. Our highest investments directly support what matters most: your pet’s safety, and our incredible team.

• Supporting Our Pet Care Pros: Rate adjustments directly boost compensation for our dedicated team members while funding their ongoing safety training and professional skill development.

• High Staff-to-Dog Ratios: As we grow and welcome more pets, we scale our team alongside them to maintain high staff-to-dog ratios and continuous group supervision.

• Upgraded Spaces & Gear: We continuously invest in our facilities to provide safe, comfortable spaces packed with top-tier equipment and engaging, pet-safe toys.

  
  

New Ways to Save: Restructured Daycare & Enrichment Packages

To help balance these adjustments, we’ve completely revamped our daycare and enrichment packages. We wanted to extend the best possible value to our consistent, recurring clients, so we’ve introduced larger package tiers designed specifically for pets who visit us frequently. While these larger packages have shorter expiration periods than our previous packages, the per-day rate drops significantly as you go up in tier. This means our frequent visitors will either keep their daily rate the same or actually save more money in the long run compared to our previous pricing.

Below are examples of the pricing structure and formula for our daycare and enrichment packages. Be sure to check the attached PDF to find your resort's specific rates. Even if the base service rate was not changed all our packages now follow the same pricing formula.

What This Means for Existing Reservations

We value your loyalty and want to make this transition as smooth as possible:

• Honored Rates: Any existing reservation already on our books will be honored at the rate it was originally booked.

• Effective Date: The new rates will only apply to new reservations scheduled on or after September 13, 2026.
