Supporting Those Who Serve: Reliable PetCare for First Responders & MedicalProfessionals

First responders and medical professionals don’t work typical schedules. From 12-hour hospital shifts and overnight ER rotations to emergency call-ins and holiday duty, their commitment to our community requires flexibility, endurance, and heart.

At Bay Paws Pet Resorts, we understand that for these professionals, dependable boarding isn’t a luxury - it’s essential peace of mind.

Shift-based careers come with unpredictability. Long hours, rotating schedules, and last-minute changes mean pet parents need a boarding partner they can trust. That’s why our program is built around structure, supervision, and enrichment in a clean, professionally managed environment.

Our facility is staffed daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, ensuring dogs receive attentive, hands-on care throughout the day and evening. Structured playgroups, individualized attention, and consistent routines help reduce stress and keep pups active and engaged. And for added reassurance, pet parents have 24/7 camera access through our MoeGo platform, allowing them to check in on their dog anytime - whether it’s between hospital rounds or after a late-night call.

That transparency and accessibility make a meaningful difference for professionals who are used to being in control and staying informed.

To show our appreciation, we created the Heroes Boarding Rewards Program. Active first

responders and medical professionals earn one punch for every paid boarding night and receive their sixth night FREE. After redemption, the card resets so rewards continue year-round.

This program isn’t just about savings - it’s about partnership. We proudly support nurses, hospital staff, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and law enforcement officers who rely on trusted care during demanding schedules.

When the community depends on you, you deserve a pet care partner you can depend on.

At Bay Paws, we’re honored to care for the caregivers - and their pups.
